Latitudes ships primarily via UPS & the US Postal Service. UPS shipments typically take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days to arrive for most contiguous US locations. US Postal shipments typically take anywhere from 1-7 days. Rush options are available as well. Please note that UPS & Fed Ex do not ship to PO boxes.

• Free shipping only applies to shipments within the continental U.S.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
Returns are accepted within 14 days after the merchandise has been received by the customer. In cases of lost or damaged items, we will issue replacements as soon as possible. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and will be issued a refund for the cost of the merchandise only. Merchandise must be returned in new condition. Customer must contact us to receive a return authorization number prior to return shipment. A 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed on returns where free shipping was given, and on unauthorized returns.
